The Dumaine project celebrates the charm of classic architecture with a refined, modern approach. Inspired by the historical character of Treme, this project blends traditional elements like wrought iron details, tall windows, and warm facades with contemporary layouts and sustainable materials.

The KEX team restored the original facade from years of neglect. The design honors the neighborhood’s rich heritage while prioritizing comfort and efficiency, creating a seamless blend of old-world elegance and modern functionality.
